Can I work on a visitor visa?
Visitor visas do not provide ordinary employment rights. Permitted business visitor activities are distinct from working in Australia. Check the conditions of your visa.
Does a family invitation guarantee approval?
No. Home Affairs assesses the relevant requirements, including the purpose and temporary nature of the visit.
