YOUR INFORMATION, HANDLED WITH CARE

Privacy & your information

Migration Dreamms (Migration Dreams Pty Ltd, ABN 63 666 797 459) collects the information you choose to provide when you make an enquiry: your name, email, phone, preferred contact method, service and message. If you book a consultation, we also record the appointment date and time, your choice of a face-to-face, Zoom or Google Meet appointment, booking status, consultation fee, payment status and payment provider reference.

How we use your information

We use these details to consider and respond to your enquiry, discuss relevant migration services, and arrange a consultation if you wish. An enquiry does not create a client agreement or amount to migration advice. Please avoid sending passport numbers, documents, financial details or other sensitive material through this initial form.

Customer accounts and profiles

If you create a customer account, Supabase processes your email address and password to provide sign-in, email confirmation and password recovery. We do not store your password in the website database. Your profile includes your name, phone number, date of birth, address, gender, marital status and current visa selection. Passport details are optional and are encrypted separately before storage. Website and app account screens use the same account and booking records.

New enquiries made while signed in are linked to your account. Older guest bookings are linked only after you verify your email and supply the private enquiry booking token; entering the same email alone does not give access to those records. Necessary account cookies keep your browser signed in. Sign out on shared devices.

Storage and service providers

Website hosting is supplied by Amazon Web Services (AWS), with enquiries, profiles and appointment records held in the shared website/app backend database. Supabase provides customer authentication. Processing by hosting, authentication and email providers may involve infrastructure outside Australia. Access to the enquiry inbox and appointment calendar is restricted to authorised business personnel.

When business email notifications are configured, the selected email delivery provider processes a limited notification containing your enquiry reference, name, selected service and contact email, plus a link to our private admin inbox. We keep the full case message, passport details, documents and private booking tokens out of these notification emails. A saved enquiry remains available to our team even if email delivery is delayed. Email replies and any information you separately send by email are also handled by the business's email provider.

Consultation payments

When online booking is enabled, card payments are handled on Stripe's secure checkout page. Your email, consultation details and booking reference may be sent to Stripe to process your payment. We do not receive or store your full card number or security code. The appointment is confirmed after the payment is verified, and a booking reference is provided.

Your choices

The Android and iPhone app keeps sign-in credentials in the operating system's secure storage. Profile and passport information is loaded from the shared backend and is not saved to general device storage. The app does not request camera, microphone or location access and does not include advertising or analytics SDKs.

You can initiate account deletion through Profile → Delete account in the app or the account deletion page. That page states the configured completion timeframe when deletion is available. Our team removes your account, saved profile and optional passport details, reviews related records for necessary retention, and confirms completion by email. Records required for consultation, payment or client matters may need to be retained; any retained records are explained in the completion confirmation.

Enquiry consent is used to respond to your enquiry and arrange a consultation. It does not authorise publishing your name, testimonial or case information. Any such publication requires separate written consent.

Contact us on 0435 256 692 to request access to or correction of information supplied through this form, ask about deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Information may need to be retained where required for a client matter or by applicable obligations.

Cookies and external links

The website does not include advertising analytics. Hosting authentication can use necessary cookies. Google Maps, Google reviews and the OMARA register are external services with their own privacy practices. Website fonts may be loaded from Google Fonts.
